If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using the form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know who the request comes from and to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent. Nutzung eines externen CRM-/Auftragsverwaltungssystems
Wir verwenden zur Administration unserer Kontakte und Aufträge die Businesssoftware Flowdesk. Dazu werden Ihre im Rahmen einer Kontaktnachricht/Anmeldung/Bestellung erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten an die Flowdesk GmbH, Potsdamer Platz 10, 10785 Berlin übermittelt.
Social Media Plug-ins
Wir setzen auf unserer Website auf Grundlage des Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO Social Plug-ins ein, um unsere Kanzlei hierüber bekannter zu machen. Der dahinterstehende werbliche Zweck ist als berechtigtes Interesse im Sinne der DSGVO anzusehen.
